I was recently asked about eye shadow colors for summer. As you already know, I am an avid follower of MAC cosmetics when it comes to eye color. Therefore, my suggestions are all MAC, and all are part of their "Velux Pearl" finish. This particular finish goes on very easily without tons of flaking. Plus, the color tends to be more vibrant.
